The ESTAR charging station perfectly suits for a daily use. It is designed to charge any electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid (rechargeable) in Mode 3 with a power up to 22kW.
This charging station is equipped with dynamic power management. Thanks to this function, the device monitors the maximum current available to it and adapts the charging power accordingly, in order to not overload your electric circuit.
The ESTAR EV charger is foreseen with a residual current detection (DC 6mA) in order to protect the user against direct current leaks. Depending on your local regulations, the charging station must be connected to a Type A or Type B residual current circuit breaker (RCCB).
This charging station is universal. It is compatible with any brand of electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle with a Type 2 socket, the European standard for electric charging.
